When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Within Europe and the United Kingdom, expect your item within 5-7 days of shipment. Orders from United States, Australia, Canada and Mexico will arrive in 7-10 days. Shipping to all other countries takes 10-14 days.
How can I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping cost are calculated at checkout.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase.
How can I change my shipping adress?
We can change or update your shipping address within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address and you would need to contact the shipping carrier directly in order to make a change to your shipping address
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What to do if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I recieve my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What do you mean by limited editon?
With only 100 pieces available for every print, you truly buy a product that has value. Each piece is hand-signed and numbered by the photographer Dante Janssens, making it a truly unique and exclusive item.
in which sizes is your art available?
Our standard sizes are 50x70 and 70x90. For smaller spaces we recommend getting the 50x70 size, as the 70x90 size is really large and will fill up any space.
For the London collection we use the standard sizes of 30x30 and 60x60.
Can I also order larger or smaller sizes?
To order a smaller or larger size, please send us a message so we can check if the size you would like is available.

What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on your location, local payment may also be possible.
